Storage

Whether your company participates in one show per year, or a dozen, we can facilitate the shipping and storage of your exhibit and carpet. We offer competitive pricing on options ranging from simple storage and shipping, to full inventory and inspection services.
  • visual exterior inspection of crates and skids is performed upon return to warehouse – crates are not opened *any damage is photographed and reported to client with estimate for repair (no repairs are made without consent)
  • crates and skids are stored for shipment to the next show
  • crates shipped to next show upon receipt of order 
Minimum lead time of 5 business days prior to shipping is required for this service level. *If less than 5 days are provided, a late fee will apply. 
 Includes Silver services, plus:
  • crates are opened and contents removed and inspected
  • complete inventory of parts taken and recorded
  • damaged and/or missing pieces noted, photographed and reported to client with estimate for repair (no repairs are made without consent)
  • all components repackaged properly and stored for shipment to the next show 
Minimum lead time of 5 business days prior to shipping is required for this service level. *If less than 5 days are provided, a late fee will apply. 
Includes Silver and Gold services, plus:
  • all individual components are inspected and cleaned
  • the booth is built in its entirely according to the configuration required for the next scheduled show with photos taken upon completion 
Minimum lead time of 10 business days prior to shipping is required for this service level. *If less than 10 days are provided, a late fee will apply.
